Richard L. Stark Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Richard L. Stark, 60, of Shippenville, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014, at the Kittanning Care Center. Born on March 25, 1954 in Oil City; he was the son of Melvin and Grace Stahlman Stark of Clarion. Richard worked as a welder and was a welder instructor at Clarion County Career Center, where he retired. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Clarion. He was also a former member of the Clarion Fire and Hose Company #1. Richard enjoyed hunting. In addition to his parents, he is survived by four children, Jessica Villella and her husband, Kevin, of Carmichaels, Justin Stark of Clarion, Joel Stark of Clarion, and Sheena Priester and her husband, William, of Rimersburg; and four grandsons and three granddaughters. Also surviving is a brother, Daniel Stark of Clarion. He was preceded in death by a brother, David Stark. Family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014, at the Park Hill Church of God, 3314 Lime Plant Road, Parker PA 16049. Memorial services will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Eric Mitchell, pastor of the Park Hill Church of God, officiating.
