Tracy Miller Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Tracy Miller, 44, of Clarion, passed away unexpectedly Monday morning, December 5, 2016 at her home. She was born on July 21, 1972 in York, PA; daughter of the late Herb Horn and Jean Mitchell McElroy who survives. Tracy graduated with a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from UVA. She was a licensed Counselor and was currently working for the Clarion Psychological Associates. Tracy was married on May 20, 1995 to Shawn Miller, and he survives. She was a member of The Trinity Point Church of God. Tracy is survived by her mother and step father, Jean and Jerry McElroy of Hilton Head, SC, two daughters, Maya and Jenna Miller both of Clarion, one brother, Tim Horn and his wife Allison of Alexandria, VA, two brothers-in-law, Scott Miller and his wife Laura of Clarion and Keith Jones of Strattanville, a sister-in-law, Lisa Jones of Texas, six nephews, Kyle and Cody Jones, Jake and Jackson Horn, Brendan and Spencer Miller, and one niece, Kate Jones. She was preceded in death by her father. Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion. Funeral Services will be held at 4 p.m. in the Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Wilson, pastor of The Trinity Point Church of God, presiding. The family has set up a you fund account for Tracy.
