William G. Weaver

January 29, 1946 - June 3, 2016

William G. “Bill” Weaver, 70, of Huey, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at the Clarion Hospital. He was born on January 29, 1946 in Sarah Furnace; son of the late Clarence A. and Ida J. Burt Weaver. Bill worked as a Dry Waller. He served in the Army and was a member of the American Legion Post 488 in East Brady. Bill is survived by his four brothers, Harry Weaver of Clarion, James Weaver of Erie, Philip Weaver of Knox, and Stanley Weaver of Huey, his four sisters, Barbara Vlassich of Fairmount City, Deloris Buzard and her husband Hilton of Shippenville, Maxine Stockdill and her husband Bill of Clarendon, and Audrey Bartley of Shippenville, and also numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Larry Weaver, three sisters, Betty Murry, Mary Lou Seybert, and Gloria Rice, and infant sister, Ilene.  A Grave Side Service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Conneration Cemetery.   Military Honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post 454 and the V.F.W. 7132 in Rimersburg. The Burns Funeral Home and Crematorium Inc. in Rimersburg is handling arrangements. A Grave Side Service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Conneration Cemetery. Military Honors will be accorded by the American Legion Post 454 and the V.F.W. 7132 in Rimersburg.
